Tolstoy is a vegan restaurant aiming to be the new wave of fast-food eateries. The plant-based eatery offers a variety of dishes made exclusively with plant-based ingredients. During the planning phase, the design concept of the 1960s emerged, a time when society experienced a rebirth, vegetarianism flourished, and vibrant colors were part of a positive statement. We immediately envisioned a colorful, trendy, and optimistic space.
VivaLab was challenged to bring this 1960s vision to life through their design and 3D printing expertise. The result is Nicholas Krol's sculpture, a centerpiece that now stands out in the Tolstoy Café environment, adding a touch of color, energy, and positivity to the space.
