As educational agents, we need to bear in mind the need to educate for innovation!
Technological development is exponential and difficult to keep up with. As such, we need to work on the ability to think like an innovator so that today's young people can become competent adults.
But let's start by looking at the word innovator! An innovator is someone who has developed their skills, intelligence and talents and by making use of them is able to generate better ideas for solving problems.
In order to make use of an innovator's thinking, there are 8 fundamental characteristics:

Being able to take risks
Networking
Observation
