Dome Cidade +

Cidade Mais challenged Viva Lab Porto to design and develop a model system for building a geodesic dome for the week of the biggest sustainability event in our city. This event took place at the Palácio de Cristal in July 2019 and was a unique opportunity to demonstrate the potential of the Maker movement and the digital fabrication tools available to the community in a Fab Lab to create innovative solutions.

This work was made using 3D printing and is 8 meters in diameter in total.
